You’re here because I am putting together a little doTERRA package for you to experience.
You filled in the sample request form and let me know what your top health priority is right now and I’ve selected 2 essential oils to give you a 10 day experience with, that will support you in your chosen area.
I believe you will find that these pure essential oils will come to be a great tool for restoring harmony in your body. And beginning in one area, as you’ve selected, will create a powerful ripple effect in your health.
It’s helpful to understand that your body is designed to heal itself when it receives what it needs. Think about it what happens when you have a cut … your body goes right to work to heal it, a scab might form and then fall off and you have new healed skin.
Every organ in your body becomes new within months, and the only time we run into trouble is when we aren’t giving the body the proper support to heal.
Nature has an unmatched wisdom and essential oils offer our body the same harmony that exists in nature.
I’m so excited for you to open up the package I’ve sent you!

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for their calming and soothing properties that can help relax the body and mind. The unique chemical properties found in certain essential oils make them useful for promoting an environment that is conducive for deeper sleep. With powerful and potent essential oils on your side, you can create an environment that will promote a good night’s sleep.
So, let’s get to work on becoming well-rested:
ABOUT SERENITY + CEDARWOOD
Known as the “calming blend”, Serenity is a beautiful blend of lavender, marjoram, roman chamomile, ylang ylang, sandalwood and vanilla. This peaceful blend promotes tranquillity and relaxation – it’s my fave to diffuse before bed or in a night time epsom salt bath. The effects can be felt instantly, transporting you to a state of blissful repose, by lessening tension and calming the emotions.
Cedarwood’s rich, earthy aroma makes for an incredibly grounding oil, which is particularly helpful when you find yourself in your head. Grounding essential oils can help to settle the body and mind before bed by promoting calm feelings of security and balance.

The beautiful thing about using essential oils to promote restful sleep is that you get to choose what works best for you. There are so many ways essential oils can create an environment for deeper sleep: diffusing, in the bath, applying to the bottoms of the feet, massage with oils, add to your bedding, put a couple drops on the shower floor, you can even add some oils to your nighttime cup of tea.
Add 2 drops to a diffuser 30 min before bed – great in children’s rooms as well. If you don’t own a diffuser yet, simply add a drop to the inside of your pillowcase (bonus – it will help purify your pillow as well)
Apply to bottoms of feet at bedtime to help unwind before going to sleep. Use in conjunction with doTERRA Serenity Restful Complex Softgels for an enhanced effect.
Inhale directly from hands or diffuse throughout the day to help lesson tension.
Add 2–3 drops into a warm bath with Epsom salts to create a relaxing, renewing experience.
Apply 2–3 drops to the back of the neck or on the heart for feelings of calmness and peace.
Add 1-2 drops to some lotion or carrier oil and massage into chest + feet before bed. It’s very relaxing and grounding to the nervous system
If you have a diffuser – alternate 2-3 drops of Cedarwood with Serenity or Lavender each night to see which gives you a deeper sleep
During your facial routine, add one to two drops of Cedarwood to your facial toner or moisturizer for added clarifying properties.
When a child wakes up scared, apply Cedarwood to the bottoms of the feet to return a peaceful feeling.
Place a few drops of Cedarwood on cotton balls and leave them in closets, storage boxes, or other areas to keep moths at bay.
Add it to mulch or topsoil to naturally repel insects.
Combine Cedarwood with water in a spray bottle and use to clean surfaces – especially wood.
