Watch out for the excuses your mind generates to not do the things you KNOW would be good for you.
It’s kinda fun to start catching you own mind out generating SO many different reasons why you should just stay comfie and not stretch yourself.
The better you get at spotting this bullshit the sneakier resistance becomes.
