With all of the “fast” options available to us, it’s no wonder our digestive systems are experiencing more stress than they ever have before! Processed, refined, pre-packaged, and fast foods that our bodies don’t know how to digest effectively. The human gut is lined with more than 100 million nerve cells—it’s practically a brain unto itself.
