I kept practising and teaching, but at some point I found I still wasn’t feeling as great as I wanted to be. Time was still taking its toll and I was finding myself with less energy and an-ever-so-slowly expanding waistline.
At that point I found Yoga Health Coaching and invested (A LOT!) in coaching for the first time. The experience really blew the roof off and turned things around for me. I discovered how to care for myself even more deeply as I dialled in the 10 core habits of yogis (what they do off-the-mat) for optimum health and radiant longevity.
Who Do I Work With?
I work with people who, like me, have experienced the slow and steady degeneration that happens if we do nothing and go with the cultural flow.
I work with people who know there’s an alternative, a better way, and are ready to go get-after-it!
People who want to live a life by design, not a life by default.
People who are done making excuses for themselves, and are ready to take responsibility for their actions and their results, and finally close that gap between how they feel, and how they want to feel.
Because true health is the foundation for everything else. From a place of optimum health, you can get on a live your biggest, boldest, most beautiful life.
Why work with me?
I’ve been blessed with many amazing teachers and coaches. There’s nothing as valuable as having someone who’s walked the path before you show you the way.
Sure you could find your own way to the results you want, eventually, maybe.
But life is short, and as we’re already swimming upstream against an environment and cultural context that doesn’t support optimum health, a guide and a map is kinda essential, or at the very least makes the journey much more fun, fast, and effective.
